yWe are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – MES / MOM Application Support to support and enhance Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES/MoM) within a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will provide L2/L3 application support, collaborate with plant engineering and IT teams, troubleshoot production and connectivity issues, and lead MES deployment and commissioning activities

- sProvide L2/L3 support for MES/MoM applications such as Proficy, Ignition, or custom MES platforms
- .Support manufacturing operations by gathering IT/OT requirements and coordinating implementation with relevant stakeholders

- gGather and analyze MES, Quality, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) requirements

- )Production data gaps, latency, and incorrect production signal
- sAct as the primary liaison between
- :Plant Engineering and Controls team
- sCentral IT teams (Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and MES
- )Support OT network connectivity, segmentation, and secure vendor remote access while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards
- .Support SMT production line commissioning and MES rollout activities, including

- gVendor coordination (Fuji, Omron, Yamaha, and others
- )Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), production go-live, and hypercare support

.Required Qualification
\n
- \n
- sBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- .7–10 years of experience supporting MES/MOM applications in a manufacturing environment
- .Hands-on experience with MES platforms such as Proficy, Ignition, or similar manufacturing systems
- .Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production execution, WIP tracking, traceability, and quality systems
- .Experience with industrial communication protocols including OPC UA, MQTT, and machine integration
- .Knowledge of OT infrastructure, industrial networking, and IT/OT integration
- .Experience supporting SMT manufacturing lines is highly preferred
- .Familiarity with FAT, SAT, commissioning, and production go-live support
- .Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- .Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Controls Engineering, IT, and third-party vendors
