yWe are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – MES / MOM Application Support to support and enhance Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES/MoM) within a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will provide L2/L3 application support, collaborate with plant engineering and IT teams, troubleshoot production and connectivity issues, and lead MES deployment and commissioning activities

  • )Support OT network connectivity, segmentation, and secure vendor remote access while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards

  • .Support SMT production line commissioning and MES rollout activities, including

  • :System setup and configuratio

  • gVendor coordination (Fuji, Omron, Yamaha, and others

  • )Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), production go-live, and hypercare support

  • .Drive issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements
  • \n

.Required Qualification

\n

    \n
  • sBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • \n

  • .7–10 years of experience supporting MES/MOM applications in a manufacturing environment
  • \n

  • .Hands-on experience with MES platforms such as Proficy, Ignition, or similar manufacturing systems
  • \n

  • .Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production execution, WIP tracking, traceability, and quality systems
  • \n

  • .Experience with industrial communication protocols including OPC UA, MQTT, and machine integration
  • \n

  • .Knowledge of OT infrastructure, industrial networking, and IT/OT integration
  • \n

  • .Experience supporting SMT manufacturing lines is highly preferred
  • \n

  • .Familiarity with FAT, SAT, commissioning, and production go-live support
  • \n

  • .Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
  • \n

  • .Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Controls Engineering, IT, and third-party vendors
  • \n

  • sExperience with SPC and Quality Management Systems

  • .Knowledge of Industrial IoT (IIoT) and smart manufacturing concepts
