We are looking for an extremely trustworthy and detailed oriented person to manage our two homes in Wisconsin: Our Full time home and residence and Madison and our vacation home in Mauston, located just over an hour away. The majority of the work will be at our Mauston home, located by Castle Rock Lake.
Responsibilities include coordinating and performing service needs and scheduling regular maintenance up keep on both homes, from HVAC to plumbing and electrical; coordinating landscaping schedules and needs; coordinating pest control services; prepping vacation home for use, coordinating boat and boat lift upkeep and seasonal installation at both homes. Setting up and taking down outdoor furniture elements, keeping garages and basement storage spaces organized for easy use. Possibly assisting with occasional errands associated with household- such as picking up or dropping off vehicles for maintenance or storage. The right candidate should be comfortable with hands- on work and also with managing contractors when required. Candidates should have prior experience and references and should have familiarity with this type of position already.
