Do you enjoy fixing things and working with your hands? We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our offices, shops, and construction facilities in top condition.
This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys tackling a wide variety of maintenance projects.
Responsibilities:
- Change HVAC air filters and perform preventive maintenance
- Power wash buildings, sidewalks, and equipment
- Interior and exterior painting
- Minor carpentry, framing, and construction projects
- Install and replace door hardware, locks, shelving, and fixtures
- Waterproofing and sealing projects
- General building repairs and maintenance
- Assemble and install equipment and furniture
- Maintain company shops, offices, and yard facilities
- Assist with miscellaneous maintenance projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in general building maintenance, construction, or a related trade
- Ability to use common hand and power tools safely
- Basic plumbing and carpentry skills
- Electrical experience is a plus
- HVAC/air conditioning experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Valid driver's license
