One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a motivated and skilled **Maintenance Technician **to join their team in Appleton, WI.
**Pay Rate: **$40/hr - 448/hr
**Shift: **12 hour day and night shift
Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems

Diagnose equipment failures and perform timely repairs to minimize production downtime

Inspect, maintain, and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and automated machinery

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, equipment manuals, and technical documentation

Assist with equipment installations, machine upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives

Perform routine inspections to identify potential equipment issues before failures occur

Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate documentation using CMMS software
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and automated production equipment

Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial automation systems

Knowledge of VFDs, motor controls, sensors, and industrial electrical systems
