A growing manufacturer in Jefferson, Ohio is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production equipment, improve reliability, and minimize downtime. This is a great opportunity for a mechanically inclined maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
- Maintain and repair CNC machinery, SMT equipment, and automated production systems.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and support production uptime.
- Assist with machine installations, upgrades, and equipment improvements.
- Complete maintenance documentation and track repairs.
- Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Experience with CNC machinery preferred.
- Experience with SMT equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with PLCs, motors, sensors, drives, and automation systems preferred.
- Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities.
