We are looking for a dependable and experienced cleaner to assist with daily cleaning operations for an industrial building in Grottoes, VA.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with a team, maintaining high standards, and taking pride in delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily tasks and ensure cleaning schedules are completed properly.
- Perform quality inspections and follow up on areas needing improvement.
- Work alongside the cleaning team to maintain facility standards.
- Train and coach employees on cleaning procedures, safety, and expectations.
- Monitor supplies, equipment, and daily operational needs.
- Communicate concerns and improvements with management.
- Commit to 25 hours a week.
