Skipjack Resort & Marina is a family owned Resort looking to add a new team member to our Maintenance Department. Pay is depending on experience ($16-$21 an hour). Discounted housing may be available for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities include:
· Performs a variety of skilled and specialized Tasks.
· Light Plumbing Repairs
· Light Electrical Repairs
· Painting, Carpentry
· Cement & Drywall Work
· Tile Work
· Light AC repairs
· Door & Lock Repairs
· Power washing and General Cleaning
· Keeps records as required by company policy and procedures. Maintains logs on completed tasks. Submits all requested reports/logs in a timely manner.
Job Qualifications include:
· 1-3 year experience in Hotel Maintenance
· Must be Responsible, Dedicated, Good Communicator and a Team Player
· Must have ability to lift 50+ pounds
· English speaking Preferred
· Flexible with work hours including weekends and late nights
· Must live within reasonable commuting distance.
