Position: Maintenance Worker, Full-time
Category: General Maintenance/Janitorial/Utility
Well-established local company is seeking an ambitious, dependable and motivated individual to perform general maintenance and janitorial duties. Responsibilities include general office cleaning, floor maintenance, cleaning bathrooms, maintaining dining/lunch areas and other associated janitorial duties. Outside building maintenance would include seasonal lawn mowing and weed eating, some snow removal, and other general building upkeep.
Applicants should have some general mechanical, carpentry and plumbing skills. Non-maintenance responsibilities would include assisting with some aspects of production in the machine or glass shop. All supplies, equipment and personal protection items are provided by the employer.
· New York State Driver’s License preferred.
· Applicants must be a high school graduate or successfully completed a GED program.
· Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
· Starting wage: $18.00 /hour
· Standard Day Shift: 7:30AM to 4:00PM, M-F

· Facilities located near bus line.
· Off-street parking is available.
