The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Enterprise Systems Specialist to manage and optimize our ERP and CRM platforms. This role bridges business operations and technology, ensuring systems are configured, maintained, and leveraged to support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, process improvement experience, and a passion for enabling efficiency through technology.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the company’s ERP, CRM and Enterprise reporting systems.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflows to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring adoption and proper utilization of systems.
- Assist with data integrity, migration, and integration applications other business tools.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features or modules.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for ongoing reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field is required. Additional experience in lieu of education is acceptable.
- 3+ years of experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI; Python highly desirable
- Strong understanding of business processes and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Smartsheet for project and workflow management.
- Vista by Viewpoint for construction or project-based ERP.
- Insight Spreadsheet Server for advanced reporting and analytics.
- Odoo for open-source ERP and CRM solutions.
- Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
