What You'll Do
\n
Facility Operations & Maintenance
\n
- \n
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building infrastructure and manufacturing support systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, mechanical equipment, pumps, and facility utilities
- Respond to maintenance requests to minimize production downtime
- Inspect facility systems and perform repairs throughout manufacturing and support areas
- Coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance projects

Environmental, Health & Safety Support
\n
- \n
- Assist with the safe handling, storage, transportation, and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials
- Maintain documentation for hazardous waste, chemical inventories, and environmental compliance
- Support waste collection, labeling, and storage activities in accordance with company procedures
- Follow OSHA, environmental, and site safety regulations while promoting a safe workplace
- Participate in facility compliance and environmental improvement initiatives

Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance
\n
- \n
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment used in advanced microelectronics production
- Support production tools including wafer processing equipment, steppers, die attach systems, and other precision manufacturing equipment
- Partner with Engineering and Production teams to improve equipment reliability and maximize uptime
- Complete equipment inspections, repairs, and maintenance documentation

What We're Looking For
\n
Required Qualifications
\n
- \n
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in semiconductor, microelectronics, cleanroom, or other high-tech manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting one or more of the following:
- Building and facilities maintenance
- Manufacturing equipment maintenance
- Hazardous materials or environmental compliance
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to interpret equipment manuals, drawings, and maintenance procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with shifting priorities

Preferred Experience

- Semiconductor, MEMS, microelectronics, or cleanroom manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of facility utility systems, wastewater treatment, chemical delivery, or environmental systems
- Experience maintaining production equipment such as steppers, die attach systems, wafer processing equipment, or similar manufacturing tools
- OSHA, HAZWOPER, or other environmental and safety certifications
