What You'll Do:

Lead training and professional development for clinical staff

Oversee the QA/PI (Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement) program

Partner with Clinical Services leadership, compliance, and regional teams

Ensure accurate, compliant documentation and care standards

Guide, mentor, and develop clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Lead onboarding and comp'ing of new hires in the field, and supervisory visits

What You Bring:

Active RN or PT license in the state of Florida
-
2+ years of experience in Medicare Home Health & OASIS documentation required
-
2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
-
Strong knowledge of plan of care accuracy, regulations, and training clinicans

Passion for education, leadership, and clinical excellence
