Job Summary
A busy commercial property management team in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator for a contract opportunity. This onsite role is ideal for an administrative professional with strong organizational skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to support multiple priorities in a fast-paced real estate environment.
The Property Administrator will help keep daily operations running smoothly by supporting tenant communications, invoice processing, lease administration, vendor documentation, work order tracking, and general office coordination. This is a strong opportunity to gain hands-on commercial property management experience while working with a collaborative team that values professionalism, responsiveness, and positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the property management team, including tenant communications, meeting coordination, file maintenance, and general office operations.
- Assist with lease administration, contract tracking, certificates of insurance, vendor files, and tenant documentation.
- Prepare, process, and code invoices for approval while supporting expense reports and other administrative requests.
- Monitor maintenance work orders, assist with reporting, and help coordinate follow-up with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Support monthly management reports, budget-related activities, service contracts, bid proposals, meetings, and special events.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $29.00 to $32.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Position Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Work Arrangement: Onsite in Philadelphia, PA.
