Position: Porter with Drivers License
Location: Garland Texas
Pay: $19
Hours: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
Position Summary
ASAP Personnel is seeking a qualified Porter to support apartment communities while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain property cleanliness.
• Remove trash and debris.
• Clean breezeways and common areas.
• Maintain pool and amenity areas.
• Assist with pressure washing.
• Support move-out cleanups.
• Monitor curb appeal.
• Assist maintenance staff as needed.
• Maintain grounds appearance.
• Follow safety procedures.
Qualifications
• Relevant apartment industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license where applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
• Apartment industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, or MRI where applicable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• CPO certification is preferred.
