Work Arrangement: On site, FT, 8514 Sunstate Street, Tampa FL 33634
Essential Functions
- Provide day-to-day general facility maintenance
- Service, clean and stock restrooms, kitchens or other areas of the building and grounds
- Perform regular inspections of facility and equipment to maintain a safe working environment
- Identify and repair any potential safety or security hazards
- Operate utility vehicles and power tools, as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure that all work is done efficiently and adheres to aviation safety regulations and industry best practices
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education / Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 0-2 years facilities or entry level mechanic related experience
Physical Demands
- Occasionally required to operate motor vehicle
- Frequently experience a high level of noise, adverse weather, or temperature conditions
- Constantly required to stand for extended periods of time
- Occasionally required to operate hand tools, equipment, heavy machinery
- Frequently required to reach overhead and frequently reach at/below shoulder level
