This position offers significant autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to set your own schedule.As an Independent Maintenance Technician, you will receive daily job notifications through a dedicated smartphone app. You will be responsible for completing a variety of general repair tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical work, and wall repairs. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who works well independently and takes pride in their work without direct supervision.The volume of work is consistent and can accommodate a part-time or full-time schedule, depending on your work ethic and ability to efficiently complete tasks.Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and complete assigned maintenance jobs.
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in general maintenance and repairs.
- Must have your own tools and reliable transportation.
- A smartphone is required to receive and manage job assignments.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work without direct follow-up.
- No formal education is required.
