We are seeking a highly experienced Application Lead to work on the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires strong ownership of end-to-end system architecture, strategic technical decision-making, and leadership of cross-functional engineering teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n
Architecture & Solution Design
\n
- Define and own end-to-end system architecture (APIs, frontend, and data layer)
\n
- Create architecture diagrams, technical blueprints, and design documentation
\n
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance GenAI systems using a spec-driven approach
\n
- Establish best practices for modular, reusable, and production-ready system design
\n
\n
AI / GenAI Engineering
\n
- Architect and implement solutions using Claude API, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks
\n
- Design multi-agent systems, MCP integrations, and tool-based workflows
\n
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines with vector databases and retrieval strategies
\n
- Define prompt engineering standards, structured outputs, and evaluation frameworks
\n
\n
Leadership & Delivery
\n
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and developers
\n
- Drive technical planning, task allocation, and delivery timeline
\n
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
\n
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders
\n
\n
Engineering & Platform
\n
- Oversee backend development using .NET
\n
- Ensure robust deployment practices using Docker, CI/CD, and AWS
\n
- Drive system performance, scalability, monitoring, and reliability
\n
\n
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
\n
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
\n
- Strong expertise in system architecture and distributed system design
\n
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT) and Generative AI systems
\n
- Deep understanding of RAG, agentic AI, and prompt engineering techniques
\n
- Strong proficiency in .NET and backend system development
\n
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and driving technical delivery
\n
- Experience with spec-driven development and enterprise-grade system design
\n
