OnTrack Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II and III to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, facility systems, and plant infrastructure. If you have a strong background in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding, we want to hear from you.
Shifts Available:
Maintenance Technician II will train on 1st shift Monday – Thursday from 4am to 2:30pm at $27.66 hourly then move to 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 1am
(approx. 1 month) at $28.26 hourly (OT is mandatory)
Maintenance Technician III 1st shift Monday – Thursday from 4am to 2:30pm at $32.26 hourly (OT is mandatory
Key/Must Have Responsibility:
· Perform emergency and scheduled repairs on production equipment and facility systems.
· Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including 110V, 240V, and 480V equipment.
· Read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder logic diagrams.
· Program, troubleshoot, and service PLC-controlled equipment.
· Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
· Perform welding and fabrication using MIG and arc welding techniques.
· Utilize maintenance tools, meters, gauges, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
· Assist with and support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
· Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
· Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
· Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to maximize equipment uptime.
· Work overtime and weekends as needed to support operations.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 to 10 years of industrial maintenance experience OR completion of an Associate
Degree in Electrical Studies or a recognized apprenticeship program.
· Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
· Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
· Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
· Welding and fabrication experience.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
High School Diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to climb ladders and work from aerial platforms.
· Ability to push, pull, reach, and work overhead repeatedly.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
· Sufficient mobility, strength, and range of motion to perform maintenance tasks safely.
· Ability to work in environments requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception,
and focus adjustment.
Work Environment:
· Manufacturing facility environment with moderate to high noise levels.
· Non-climate-controlled facility; employees should expect seasonal heat and cold conditions.
