What You'll Do
- Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally
- Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
- Prepare apartment homes for new residents (make-readies)
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues
- Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community
- Participate in on-call rotations if needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous maintenance experience required
- EPA Certification strongly preferred
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience preferred
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
