About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to provide weekend maintenance support to our community. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. As a Weekend Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to maintenance requests, and assisting with repairs and renovations.
Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

Plumbing and electrical repairs

HVAC maintenance and repairs

Painting and finishing work

Carpentry and finishing work

Respond to maintenance requests from residents, staff, and administration in a timely and professional manner

Assist with repairs and renovations, as needed

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
