We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance & Transportation Specialist to join our team at Nightingale Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our facility staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day by providing exceptional maintenance and transportation services to our residents.
Responsibilities:

Maintenance Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and basic facility upkeep

Assist with safety checks, equipment inspections, and work orders

Support groundskeeping, painting, minor plumbing, and general repairs
-
Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff

Transportation Responsibilities:
-
Safely transport residents to medical appointments, activities, and community outings
-
Assist residents in and out of the vehicle with professionalism and care

Maintain transportation logs, schedules, and vehicle cleanliness
-
Provide friendly, supportive interaction with residents during transport

Requirements:

Experience in maintenance, facility support, or a similar role

Valid driver's license with a safe driving record

Ability to assist residents safely and respectfully

Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism

Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
