The Liberty Group is hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities in your area.
Pay: $22–$26/hr (based on experience)
Onsite multifamily communities
Immediate start opportunities available
What You’ll Do
- Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner
- Perform apartment make-ready / unit turns for new move-ins
- Support upkeep of common areas and community grounds
- Track completed work through maintenance logs or work order systems
- Manage multiple priorities independently and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and onsite teams
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6+ months of onsite apartment maintenance experience
- Valid government-issued ID
- Reliable transportation
- Own basic maintenance tools
- Comfortable handling service requests and apartment turns
Bonus Skills (Higher Pay Potential)
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification
- Strong make-ready / unit turnover experience
- Background in hotel maintenance, renovations, carpentry, or property rehab (with onsite experience preferred)
