Pay: $24.00–$25.00/hour
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch). Part-time candidates (25–30 hours/week) will also be considered.

Job Description:
The Technical Service Assistant provides day-to-day support to the service department by coordinating work orders, communicating with technicians, updating service records, and ensuring service requests move efficiently from start to finish. This position is highly administrative but is best suited for someone with mechanical aptitude or prior experience supporting field service or dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails regarding service requests.
- Create and update service tickets within internal tracking systems.
- Coordinate dispatch requests with third-party service providers.
- Monitor open work orders and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate warranty and service documentation.
- Update spreadsheets and internal databases with service activity.
- Assist the service team with administrative projects and daily operational support.
- Communicate professionally with technicians, customers, and internal team members.
- Help maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in dispatching, service coordination, maintenance support, mechanical assembly, or a related technical environment.
- Previous experience supporting equipment service operations is a plus.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and basic Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
- Professional communication skills and confidence speaking with technicians and service partners.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to ask questions and collaborate.
