Job Title: Software Engineer (Golang Backend)

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.
- Build high-performance distributed systems capable of handling large-scale workloads.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.
- Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and messaging technologies.
- Develop scalable backend services utilizing gRPC for high-performance communication.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance.
- Integrate backend services with MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, and other data storage technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and software quality improvements.

Required Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional backend software development experience.
- Strong programming experience in Golang.
- Candidates with strong Java, C#, or C++ backend experience and distributed systems expertise are also considered.
- Extensive experience designing and developing distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, concurrency, and scalable system design.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
