Job DescriptionThe Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced, HVAC-certified Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities.
Pay ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.

- A/C Certification: EPA/CFC/HVAC certification (as required for the role)
- 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience
- Valid government-issued ID
- Reliable transportation
- Own basic tools needed for maintenance work
What you’ll do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on A/C and mechanical systems
- Complete resident service requests efficiently and professionally
- Prepare vacant apartments for “make-ready” / turn status (repairs + improvements)
- Maintain grounds and common areas
- Document work completed in maintenance logs
- Prioritize multiple work orders and deliver great resident customer service
Preferred (not required)
- Strong apartment turn / make-ready experience
- Experience in related fields (hotel maintenance, carpentry, rehab, condo) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
