The Project Manager will develop supply chain execution strategies, evaluate feasibility and risk, coordinate implementation activities, and ensure operational readiness through the start of production and shipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary supply chain representative on cross-functional product change and launch teams.
  • Provide end-to-end supply chain expertise and business input to brand and category teams.
  • Develop and recommend supply chain execution strategies supporting launch dates, shipment volumes, delivered-cost targets, and continuity of supply.
  • Lead supply chain implementation for product changes, launches, promotions, and technical transfers.
  • Coordinate activities across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and other supply chain functions.
  • Ensure alignment between business-unit objectives and supply chain functional priorities.
  • Assess supply chain feasibility, operational readiness, constraints, and risks for proposed initiatives.
  • Manage projects through the start of production, initial shipment, and technical transfer.
  • Facilitate project reviews and communicate plans, priorities, status, and risks to impacted supply chain sites and stakeholders.
  • Partner with supply chain integration teams to coordinate priorities across shared or constrained resources.
  • Identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities for assigned products and business units.
  • Design and implement effective supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships and promote effective team decision-making and execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in engineering, supply chain, operations, business, or a related technical field.
  • Experience leading cross-functional supply chain, product change, commercialization, or product-launch initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Demonstrated project leadership and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • MBA or another advanced business degree.
  • Experience supporting product launches, promotions, technical transfers, or supply chain implementation projects.
