Company in Fostoria, OH is looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their team! Candidates should have strong attention to detail, be organized and self motivated.
Job Duties Include:
• Assist production with equipment startup and operational support.
• Adjust and calibrate machinery as needed for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues in equipment.
• Ensure equipment is properly aligned and functioning correctly for production.
• Perform lubrication and greasing of machinery as required.
• Maintain fluid levels in equipment as needed.
• Identify problems through inspections and diagnostic testing.
• Complete work orders using maintenance systems (e.g., KPA).
• Maintain knowledge of basic functions of all production equipment.
• Ensure equipment is operating efficiently and producing quality output.
• Ensure equipment is operating safely and within company standards.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot equipment.
• Repair and replace faulty or worn components.
• Train production employees on basic preventive maintenance tasks.
• Track time and complete required documentation.
• Support team efforts and assist with maintenance tasks as needed.
