Responsibilities
- Perform professional exterior home detailing services
- Complete window cleaning, power washing, and holiday lighting projects
- Install holiday lighting displays during seasonal periods
- Ensure projects are completed to company quality standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service during every appointment
- Maintain organized, safe, and efficient job sites
- Work independently and assist with team leadership when needed
- Build strong long-term customer relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in exterior cleaning, power washing, window cleaning, or related home services
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and self-motivated
