Express Employment Professionals of Albany, NY has teamed up with a local student living facility to help them find a new Janitor/Maintenance Worker. If you are a hard worker with great attention to detail and previous experience working as a Maintenance Technician, apply today!
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Occasional evening and weekend work
Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum common areas, hallways, and stairwells
- Clean restrooms and locker rooms, including restocking supplies
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Dust furniture and fixtures
- Move furniture as needed
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and unclogging drains
Experience Required:
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
