Position: General Maintenance Technician
Location: San Antonio, Texas 8253
Pay: $20.00 HR.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Position Summary
ASAP Personnel is seeking a qualified General Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Complete work orders independently.
• Repair appliances and fixtures.
• Perform plumbing repairs.
• Perform electrical repairs.
• Inspect building systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain common areas.
• Support apartment turns.
• Document completed repairs.
• Respond to emergencies.
Qualifications
• Relevant apartment industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license where applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
• Apartment industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, or MRI where applicable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
