Location: MARGATE , FL
We are looking for an experienced Multifamily Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maximize net income, and deliver exceptional resident service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property financial performance, budgeting, and revenue growth
- Oversee leasing goals, renewals, and resident relations
- Monitor income, delinquencies, and collections
- Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing onsite team
- Manage vendor relationships and approve invoices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Proficiency with property management software
- Flexibility to work weekends/evenings as needed
