MAINTENANCE LEAD position now open to join our awesome team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This hands on job will provide customer service to residential and commercial tenants with turn overs, work-orders, and very rare weekend duties with occasional overtime. Also, perform large remodels and repairs to apartments, homes, and commercial properties.
Compensation: $17 to $25 an hour!
24 hours annual PTO, 15% off rent, very flexible work schedule. Company vehicle. Health Savings Account plus Traditional 401K and Roth IRA investing options.

What We Need From You:
- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
- 2+ years' experience in maintenance or equivalent
- Function well as a team player to accomplish team priorities
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Attention to detail on turn overs in between tenants meeting deadlines
- Ability to communicate well and provide quality customer service
- Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
- Snow removal and ice control as needed
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Familiarity with tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good driving record and background check required
- Additional Preferred Job Skills:
- Painting/drywall repair
- Flooring (carpet install stretch and repair, hardwood finishing, LVT, CVT, laminates)
- Siding install, door and window installation, and egress window install
- Potential for on-call rotation and overtime if needed to meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, sweeting copper pipe preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Basic repair and diagnosis of appliances: refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, and garbage disposal
- Some knowledge of HVAC and/or boiler system knowledge
- Some knowledge of residential and commercial water heaters
- Have good verbal and written communication
- Basic personal cell applications and online skills for purpose of ordering supplies/materials, managing work orders in tenant software, inventory management, and creating work/schedule calendared plans
