Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiasticLeasing Agentto join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and will play a key role in maintaining high occupancy rates across our portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective tenants and tour them through available properties
- Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally and promptly
- Maintain updated knowledge of market availability, pricing, and promotions
- Process rental applications and assist with lease preparation and execution
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and unit showings
- Assist in marketing efforts and maintain an active online and social media presence
- Foster positive relationships with current and prospective residents
- Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and ready for showings
- Maintain accurate records using property management software
Qualifications:
- Prior leasing or sales experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with property management software (Entrata) is a plus
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree a plus
- Spanish speaking preferred
