Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Meet with motivated, pre-qualified buyers
- Guide clients through the entire home-buying process
- Provide expert support from consultation to closing
- Follow up consistently using CRM systems and proven workflows
- Deliver a 5-star client experience that drives referrals
- Host team open houses (leads provided)
- Stay organized with your calendar, pipeline, and tasks
- Attend weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina Real Estate License (required)
- Full-time availability and commitment to sales success
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable, motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
