Insight Global is partnering with one of the nation's fastest-growing AV, security, and IT infrastructure contractors to immediately hire Data Center Foremans in Port Washington, WI. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organization supporting large-scale mission-critical construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong foreman-level leadership experience, hands-on fiber installation knowledge, and a proven ability to manage crews and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Location: Port Washington, WI
Straight Time: $40–$50/hr (~final rate decided by hiring team)
Overtime: 1.5x pay for all hours worked over 40/week
Schedule: Typically 50–60 hours/week | 6:00 AM–3:00 PM | 10-hour shifts with occasional half-day Saturdays
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract (Initial 12-month contract with confirmed project work through 2028)
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Foreman or Field Supervisor in a commercial construction environment.
- Experience leading fiber optic installation projects in commercial or mission-critical environments.
- Strong understanding of low-voltage systems, structured cabling, and fiber infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience managing large field crews and subcontractors.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Data center construction experience.
- BICSI or other low-voltage industry certifications.
- Experience working in fast-paced mission-critical environments.
