Position Summary
ASAP Personnel is seeking a qualified Property Manager to support apartment communities while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily property operations.
• Manage budgets and financial performance.
• Lead onsite staff and vendors.
• Drive occupancy and resident retention goals.
• Review delinquency and collections reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Approve contracts and invoices.
• Conduct inspections.
• Prepare owner reports.
• Manage capital improvement projects.
Qualifications
• Relevant apartment industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license where applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
• Apartment industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, or MRI where applicable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
