Job Description:
The client is seeking experienced Project Lead II candidates to manage full-cycle Epic module implementations and healthcare IT rollouts, delivering structured, best-practice-driven project execution across multiple high-priority workstreams.
Job Summary
•Lead end-to-end Epic Hello World implementation, ensuring best-practice configuration and structured departmental rollout from day one
•Manage the Cheers module implementation from initiation through go-live, coordinating stakeholders and workstream activities
•Define and communicate rollout structure, identifying all impacted departments and configuration requirements for assigned modules
•Drive project timelines, track milestones, and escalate risks to program leadership in a timely manner
•Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on implementation decisions, scope changes, and go-live readiness
•Support automated patient engagement workflows, including patient-facing texting configurations where applicable
•Collaborate with program management and workstream leads to ensure cohesive delivery across parallel implementation tracks
Minimum Requirements:
•Demonstrated experience managing Epic module implementations from initiation through go-live
•Strong familiarity with Epic project management best practices, configuration processes, and departmental coordination
•Experience in healthcare IT environments with the ability to navigate clinical and operational stakeholder groups
•Ability to work remotely and consistently attend early morning EST meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
•Prior experience with Epic Hello World or patient engagement module rollouts
•Prior experience with Epic Cheers module implementation
•Epic certification(s) in a relevant application or project management track
•Familiarity with Radiology, Radiance, or Willow modules
•Background in automated patient communication or texting platform integrations within Epic
