Responsibilities
- Full-time, on-site role covering the Grand Rapids to MI/IN border and lakeshore to Battle Creek service area
- Oversees day-to-day restoration/renovation work at residential job sites, coordinating crews and subcontractors
- Monitors quality, safety, and schedule to ensure projects meet expectations
- Serves as main point of contact for homeowners and internal teams, providing updates and addressing concerns
- Manages site logistics, including materials/equipment availability, documentation, site cleanliness/safety, and hands-on reconstruction work
- Supports team training and escalates issues or risks to management as needed
Requirements
- Hands-on reconstruction skills (finish carpentry, drywall, paint, tile/flooring, roofing, etc.) plus strong communication and customer service skills.
- Coordination and problem-solving abilities: scheduling crews, tracking progress, managing resources, and assessing site conditions for accurate documentation
- Training/coaching skills to guide team members on safety, quality standards, and procedures
- Industry experience in construction, restoration, or related field, with solid knowledge of residential building practices and safety regulations
- Full-time on-site availability, able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; valid driver's license and cell phone required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; construction/restoration certifications a plus
