This role is ideal for individuals who DONT cut corners...they clean them.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform residential cleaning services, including routine, deep, and move-in/out cleanings
* Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and high-touch surfaces
* Dust, vacuum (all areas), and mop floors according to company standards
* Maintain attention to detail, including baseboards, fixtures, and hard to reach areas
* Follow company cleaning systems, checklist, and safety procedures
* Work efficiently within scheduled timeframes without compromising quality
* Communicate professionally with team members and clients when necessary
* Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in an organized manner
