As a Security Officer Driver Unarmed Patrol in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a high-traffic retail and entertainment location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, supporting coverage across the property while reflecting Allied Universal values through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an entertainment and retail-focused location.
- Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, observe activity across guest-facing areas, and support crowd flow during busy periods, special events, and/or peak business hours.
- Assist with security-related checks of doors, gates, and restricted areas, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
