Complete Care at Bayshore is seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to lead our maintenance department and ensure our facility operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all state and federal regulations. If you are a hands-on leader with experience managing building systems, supervising staff, and maintaining a healthcare facility, we'd love to meet you.
As our Director of Maintenance, you will oversee all aspects of facility maintenance while leading a dedicated team committed to providing an exceptional environment for our residents and staff.
Director of Maintenance Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and schedule the maintenance team.

Coordinate and oversee all preventative maintenance and repair projects.

Conduct routine inspections of the facility to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper operation of all equipment.

Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and other building systems.

Ensure compliance with all State, Federal, OSHA, and Life Safety regulations.

Respond to emergency maintenance situations and participate in an on-call rotation.

Maintain maintenance records, inspections, and regulatory documentation.

Collaborate with department leaders to ensure a safe, well-maintained environment for residents and employees.
Director of Maintenance Qualifications

2–3 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance.

Experience with OSHA, Life Safety, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
