Maintenance tech needed for fast paced property management company. Must be experienced in troubleshooting electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Must be a people person and a team player. The job requires you to do worker orders in peoples homes. We own and manage single family homes and duplexes in Tallahassee and South Georgia must be willing to travel and have a reliable truck or suv and tools of the trade. We pay your travel mileage every week. We are looking for someone with a positive and up beat attitude and who enjoys working by themselves and wanting long term employment. Must have 10 plus years of actual heating and air conditioning repair. After hours and weekends are a must when on call non negotiable
