\n Job Description:
\n Our client is seeking a highly technical Workday Data Specialist with deep expertise in the Workday data model, business objects, and enterprise data architecture. This individual will support data extraction, migration, integrations, and advanced analytics initiatives by leveraging a strong understanding of Workday's underlying object model. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across technical teams and can bridge data architecture with integration development when needed.
\n Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on Workday technical experience with deep knowledge of Workday business objects and the Workday data model.
- Expertise in Workday data extraction, advanced calculated fields, object relationships, and data mapping.
- Experience supporting ETL processes, data migration, and large-scale data validation activities.
- Strong understanding of Workday Studio and the technical components supporting complex data movement.
- Experience working with Workday Web Services, APIs, and enterprise data integration.
- Ability to analyze complex data relationships and troubleshoot data quality issues.
- Strong SQL, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Desired Experience\n

- Experience supporting enterprise Workday implementations involving multiple business entities.
- Experience building data solutions for analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of Prism Analytics or Workday Extend.
- Experience collaborating with integration teams on complex technical solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise data governance and master data management concepts.
- Experience supporting Workday testing, conversion cycles, and production validation.
- Workday technical certifications are highly desirable.
