What You'll Do

As a Pest Control Technician, you'll help protect homes and businesses from unwanted pests by:

Inspecting homes, businesses, crawl spaces, and other structures
Performing pest control treatments safely and professionally
Educating customers on pest prevention and treatment options
Using a company-provided tablet to manage appointments and service records
Maintaining a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment
Participating in ongoing training and certification programs
Identifying opportunities to provide additional services that benefit customers

What We're Looking For

Required:

Valid North Carolina driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass criminal background and driving record checks
Ability to obtain required state certifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred:

Pest control, construction, maintenance, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other field service experience

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

Walking, bending, kneeling, crawling, lifting, and climbing
Working in crawl spaces and occasionally attics
Lifting up to 50 pounds
Working indoors and outdoors throughout the year
Safe operation of company vehicles and equipment

Schedule

Full-time
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
