Job Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties for commercial facilities
- Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing
- Clean windows, furniture, fixtures, restrooms, and other facility areas
- Pressure wash designated outdoor areas as needed
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
- Complete daily checklists, reports, and other required documentation
- Identify maintenance concerns or safety hazards and report them to management
- Follow all company safety policies and cleaning procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance
Qualifications
- Must live in or near the Pontiac, MI area
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) are a plus
- Valid driver's license with a reasonable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
Part-Time
Monday through Friday
5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
