Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Technician in Covington, Kentucky. This is a direct-hire position and the pay rate is between $28- $32 per hour, depending on experience. This is a first shift position, Monday - Friday.
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in the installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining of production and facility equipment. Also responsible for safety, sanitation and compliance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow a preventive and predictive maintenance program
- Electrical troubleshooting including motors, wiring, AC/DC drives, and PLC troubleshooting
- Mechanical repairs including hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, shafts, piping, and welding
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Experience Needed:
- At least 3 years of Maintenance experience within an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Experience with pumps, pipe fitting, manual and PLC run equipment.
- Forklift certified preferred
- Understanding of blueprints, schematics and control diagrams
- Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred
