A dynamic, full-time Property Manager/General Manager/Community Director position is available for a Residential Property Management company in Cleveland, OH. We are seeking a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent closing and customer service skills, as well as attention to detail. We are looking to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team!
Luxury apartment community - totaling over 400+ units.
Qualifications / Requirements for this position include:
- 3-5 years as a Property Manager/General Manager required
- Leadership and mentorship skills required
- Preparation of financial statements and monthly reports
- Managerial experience of a large team/Self-Motivated
- CPM designation preferred
- Excellent communication and organization skills are necessary.
- Degree preferred, but not required
