What you'll do:
- Respond to and follow up with company-generated buyer and seller leads
- Show homes, write offers, and guide clients from first call to closing
- Follow a proven daily activity plan that builds skills and income fast
Who we're looking for:
- NJ real estate license or actively working toward one
- Motivated, coachable people ready to put in the work
- No sales or real estate experience required
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Compensation:
$112,500 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base.
- Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective negotiation and sales techniques.
- Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support the team in managing property listings and marketing efforts.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on real estate trends and regulations.
- Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Contribute to the preparation of documents and contracts necessary for property transactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and professional goals.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate trends, tools, and technologies.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in using digital tools and platforms for marketing and client management.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing documents and contracts for transactions.
