Real Estate Agent Apprentice - Leads Provided, Full Training Available

Now hiring new and newly licensed real estate agents in Bridgewater, NJ.

Company-generated leads provided. No cold calling. No experience required. We train you from day one.

What we provide:

  • One-on-one mentorship from a top-producing team

What you'll do:

  • Respond to and follow up with company-generated buyer and seller leads
  • Show homes, write offers, and guide clients from first call to closing
  • Follow a proven daily activity plan that builds skills and income fast

Who we're looking for:

  • NJ real estate license or actively working toward one
  • Motivated, coachable people ready to put in the work
  • No sales or real estate experience required

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

$112,500 - $225,000 yearly


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base.
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective negotiation and sales techniques.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Support the team in managing property listings and marketing efforts.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on real estate trends and regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Contribute to the preparation of documents and contracts necessary for property transactions.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and professional goals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in using digital tools and platforms for marketing and client management.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing documents and contracts for transactions.
