Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Are you a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment?
We're looking for an Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 11 maintenance professionals, drive preventative maintenance initiatives and keep automated production equipment operating at peak performance.
What You'll Do

Lead, coach and develop a team of Team Leads and Maintenance Technicians

Plan and assign daily maintenance activities

Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs

Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, PLC and robotic systems

Support production by minimizing downtime and reducing scrap

Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and documentation

Assist with equipment installations, upgrades and modifications

Respond to equipment breakdowns and PLC-related issues

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety standards

Complete performance reviews, manage attendance and mentor team members
Minimum Qualifications
-
1+ year of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
-
Preventative maintenance experience required
-
Automotive manufacturing experience required
-
Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology or another technical discipline plus 3+ years of automated manufacturing maintenance experience
OR -
Associate degree in Electronics Technology plus 5+ years of automated manufacturing maintenance experience
OR -
7+ years of experience in a similar maintenance leadership role within an automated manufacturing environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems

Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and robotics

Allen Bradley PLC experience, including RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000, PanelView and PanelView Plus preferred

Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and shop equipment

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
