Our client is seeking a hands-on IT Technician to support desktop hardware, end users, and IT operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and gain experience across multiple areas of IT support.
Job Description:
We're looking for an IT Technician to provide desktop support, deploy hardware, manage IT assets, and assist with infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on role involving computer imaging, inventory management, equipment deployments, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution—not a traditional call-center Help Desk position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Image, configure, and deploy desktops and laptops.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows issues.
- Manage IT inventory, asset tracking, and equipment shipments.
- Coordinate warranty repairs and device lifecycle activities.
- Resolve and escalate support tickets as needed.
- Assist with networking and infrastructure projects.
- Support end users and collaborate with internal IT teams.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Desktop support or IT technician experience.
- Experience with a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred).
- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting experience.
- Computer imaging and hardware support.
- IT asset management or inventory experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Power BI
- Active Directory
- Microsoft 365
- Basic networking knowledge
- Cisco, Windows Server, Linux, or VMware exposure
