Job Summary:

The Project Administrator must have a great deal of drive, determination, and the ability to work independently. Excellent verbal, analytical/problem-solving, and written communication are a must. This role involves client invoicing and subsequent follow-up of corrections, through our internal and external client systems.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for organizing activities, schedules, and reporting in support of telecommunication projects.
  • Prepare correspondence and documents with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies as required.
  • Preparing and/or editing meeting minutes, presentations, and tables.
  • Updating internal and external project tracking software such as SiteTracker.
  • Scanning and filing documents.
  • Files correspondence and documents as necessary.
  • Update reports and project management systems, as required.
  • Providing general office support as required.
  • All other tasks as assigned.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Go-getter attitude. Highly motivated and needs little oversight to perform.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and team player attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to the set schedule.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Reliable transportation.

Education and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in wireless telecommunications is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED accepted; Associate degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
